Shipping policy

At Plumelle we ship our washable duvets with care from our European warehouse.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. We ship Monday–Friday.

Delivery

  • Standard shipping to EU countries (incl. DACH, Netherlands, etc.): €4.90 – €9.90
  • Free shipping on all orders over €100.

We aim to deliver your order within 5 business days from dispatch. Exact times and rates are shown at checkout via Shopify Markets (based on your country and address).

Shipping carriers

Depending on your country and delivery option, your order is shipped with one of our trusted carriers. During checkout, you can choose your preferred shipping partner:

DHL DPD

The carrier for your order is selected automatically based on your destination. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Delays & issues

We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to carrier delays. Contact us at info@plumelle.com if your order is delayed.

Damaged or lost shipments

We replace or refund items lost or damaged in transit (EU). Send photos and tracking details within 14 days.
