Shipping policy

At Plumelle we ship our washable duvets with care from European warehouses.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. We ship Monday–Friday.

Delivery

• Standard shipping to EU countries (incl. DACH, Netherlands, etc.): €4.90 – €9.90
• Free shipping on all orders over €100.

We aim to deliver your order within 5 business days from dispatch. Exact times and rates are shown at checkout via Shopify Markets (based on your country and address).

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

International / non-EU

Extra duties, taxes and customs fees are your responsibility. Delivery usually 7–14+ business days.

Delays & issues

We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to carrier delays. Contact us at info@plumelle.com if your order is delayed.

Damaged or lost shipments

We replace or refund items lost or damaged in transit (EU). Send photos and tracking details within 14 days.
