You can air dry or use a dryer. The duvet is designed to dry quickly. In a dryer it’s ready to use immediately. Air drying typically takes 3–6 hours depending on humidity and room temperature.

A 140 x 200 cm duvet is the standard size and suitable for most beds. It is the most popular choice for everyday use.
A 160 x 220 cm duvet is wider and longer. This size is ideal if you are taller than 1.80 m or want extra space and comfort.

Yes. Plumelle is designed as an all-season duvet. The breathable materials keep it airy in summer and comfortably warm in winter. One duvet is sufficient for most people.
Yes. We offer matching pillowcases in several sizes. You can order them individually.
Light wrinkling can occur with any high-quality cotton, but it’s minimal. The fabric becomes softer with each wash. For the smoothest look, air dry or remove from the dryer shortly before the end of the cycle and shake out. Our wool dryer balls further reduce wrinkles and add extra fluff.

Yes. All duvets and pillowcases are STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® certified. This means they are free from harmful substances and safe for direct skin contact.
Plumelle duvets are built for frequent use and regular washing. Thanks to the patented construction, they keep their shape and comfort even after many 60°C washes. With normal use you can enjoy it for many years. We provide a 2-year warranty.
For the freshest sleep, we recommend washing every two weeks.

Our wool comes from New Zealand where mulesing has been banned since 2018. The wool is collected as part of regular sheep care and is a natural byproduct of shearing. We only work with suppliers that meet high animal welfare standards.
In the Netherlands. Local production gives us full control over quality, materials and finishing so every duvet can be washed frequently while keeping its shape and comfort.

Returns within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period are free. For a return, please contact us via WhatsApp. You can also return products even if they have been opened or lightly used.
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Place a new order in the desired size/colour and return the original via the normal return process.

Returned duvets are not resold. We wash them and donate to charity.
At Plumelle, you get 60 nights trial. This means you have 60 days to return your order for a refund , or choose an exchange or store credit.
To ensure quick and smooth processing of your return, we ask you to send the items back clean and in good condition. If excessive use or damage has resulted in a reduction in value, we reserve the right to claim appropriate compensation.
We aim to process refunds within 3-10 working days after receiving the return. You will receive an email confirmation. Money is returned to the original payment method.
